Construction technology of thermal insulation extruded board for external wall
1. Primary treatment
The base wall must be cleaned up
2. Paste extruded board
The concrete base of the external wall shall be carried out after the acceptance is passed, and attention shall be paid to the handling of small links.
3. Install the fixings
Drill holes in the pasted extruded board with a percussion drill. The holes are not less than 30 mm deep into the base surface of the wall, and the number is not less than 4 per square meter. Use nylon plastic expansion tubes to fix them.
4. Apply face glue
Use stainless steel foam to evenly smear a layer of plastering paste with an area slightly larger than a piece of mesh cloth on the surface of the extruded board, with a thickness of 2mm.
5. Laying glass fiber mesh
After applying the surface glue, immediately tighten the glass fiber mesh in the horizontal direction. Use the foam to smooth the cloth from the middle to the upper and lower sides into the wet surface glue, and lay the mesh cloth along the outer wall from top to bottom.
6. Secondary coating surface glue
After the first layer of glue is dry and hard enough to touch, the surface can be wiped twice, with a thickness of 3mm, until the glass fiber mesh is completely covered.
7. Embedded sealing paste
Inlay sealant is used to inlay the gap between the wall and the window frame, which is dense and full.
