Different houses have different requirements for thermal insulation and decoration integrated board

The thermal insulation and decoration integrated board introduces the requirements of different residential buildings for thermal insulation and decoration integrated boards: Residential buildings should meet the following requirements:

1. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 100m, the combustion performance of the thermal insulation material shall be Class A. Good thermal insulation effect, long-term thermal insulation, small thermal bridge effect, good energy-saving thermal insulation effect. The thermal insulation and decoration integrated board is composed of strong composite glue and decorative coating. Insulation integrated board insulation layer includes XPS (extruded polystyrene foam board), EPS (polystyrene foam insulation board), PUR (polyurethane), rock wool, phenolic, STP vacuum ultra-thin insulation board, glass wool. The finishing layer of the thermal insulation and decoration integrated board is divided into fluorocarbon metal paint, fluorocarbon pure color paint, real stone paint, colorful paint, imitation stone paint, texture paint, sand wall, rock chip paint, cultural stone, ultra-thin stone and other finishes. It is suitable for energy-saving renovation of old buildings and is not affected by regional differences.

2. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 60m and less than 100m, the combustion performance of the thermal insulation material shall not be lower than B2. When using B2-level insulation materials, a horizontal fire barrier should be set up on each layer.

3. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 24m and less than 60m, the combustion performance of thermal insulation materials shall not be lower than B2. When using B2-level insulation materials, horizontal fire barriers should be set up for every three layers.

Other civil buildings shall meet the following requirements:

1. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 50m, the combustion performance of thermal insulation materials shall be Class A.

2. For buildings with a height greater than or equal to 24m and less than 50m, the combustion performance of the thermal insulation material shall not be lower than the B1 level. Among them, when using B1-level thermal insulation materials, horizontal fire barriers should be set up for every two layers.

3. For buildings with a height of less than 24m, the combustion performance of thermal insulation materials shall not be lower than B2 level. Among them, when using B2-level thermal insulation materials, a horizontal fire barrier should be set up on each layer. The protective layer should use non-combustible or non-combustible materials as the fireproof layer, and the protective layer should completely cover the thermal insulation material. The thickness of the first protective layer of the thermal insulation and decoration integrated board shall not be less than 6mm, and the thickness of the other layers shall not be less than 3mm. When the fire isolation belt is equipped with a fire isolation belt in accordance with the requirements of this regulation, the fire isolation belt shall be adhered to the bottom wall along the window edge position and the entire area with A1(A) thermal insulation material. The height should be the same as the width of the thermal insulation and decoration integrated board, and should not be less than 300m. Longitudinal seam filler material shall be A1(A) homogeneous material. Fire isolation measures When combustible thermal insulation materials are used for the thermal insulation and decoration integrated board, the surface and sides of the thermal insulation materials are covered with glass fiber mesh reinforced polymer mortar or other inorganic non-metallic material protective layers (the thickness of the protective layer is not less than 3mm) and other fire protection measures. The combustion performance level can be appropriately improved.
